Harry has gone on to invent all sorts of products, such as the Swiffer, and processes for companies all over the world. I’ve known Harry since we were back in grad school and collaborating on making robots for sewing clothes. He’s a professor at Columbia and a designer. But what exactly is design? How do we define and approach a problem? Where do we get inspiration for the solution? And how do we determine the right problem to solve? With us today is Harry West.
